Effective August 25, 2026 · Applies to the poptwin.ai website and pre-launch waitlist

Your information is yours. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. Not your email, not anything you share when you join the waitlist. Ever.

1. Who we are

PopTwin.ai is operated by TalentPortal AI, Inc. (“PopTwin,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware C-Corporation based in Miami, Florida. This notice covers our website and pre-launch waitlist. When the full platform launches, a complete platform privacy policy will replace this notice.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: When you join the waitlist, you share what the form asks for: typically your name, email address, the role you’re interested in (talent, brand, or brand agency), and any details you choose to add.
Information collected automatically: Basic, aggregate website analytics: pages viewed, general location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from a search engine or an AI assistant), collected through Google Analytics using cookies.

3. How we use it

We use your information to contact you about early access, updates, and launch; to understand interest in PopTwin and prioritize onboarding when we open; and to operate and improve the website. We only send communications you’d reasonably expect from joining the waitlist, and every email includes a way to opt out.

Brand logos (opt-in only): If you join as a brand or brand agency and check the optional permission box, we may display your company name and logo on poptwin.ai and in PopTwin marketing to show you are an early brand on our waitlist. This is entirely optional, we only do it if you opt in, and you can have it removed at any time by emailing ceo@poptwin.ai.

4. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising. Full stop.

5. Who we share it with

Only the trusted service providers that help us run the waitlist and website: our form provider (Tally), our website analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our email provider (Microsoft 365). They may use your information only to provide those services to us, under confidentiality. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies for basic, aggregate analytics so we can see how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information only as long as we need it for the waitlist and launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you provided. Just email ceo@poptwin.ai. If you’re in a place with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), those rights apply and we honor them, including the right to access and delete your data and to opt out of any sale (there is none).

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care.

10. Children

PopTwin is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this notice; the “Effective” date above always reflects the current version.
